工作職責(zé) Responsibility：
1. 對建筑設(shè)計方案的全過程進(jìn)行把控，把握進(jìn)度、安排分工、把關(guān)質(zhì)量；
Control the whole process for the architectural design, grasping the progress, arranging the labor, checking the quality.
2. 具有較強的創(chuàng)新意識，要出創(chuàng)意，根據(jù)甲方要求或招標(biāo)文件要求，完成建筑單體方案或城市設(shè)計方案的構(gòu)思，并指導(dǎo)深化其方案；
Possess a strong sense of innovation, be creative, complete the construction of the monomer solution or city design ideas according to customer requirements and the requirements of the tender documents, and guide to deepen its scheme.
3. 對效果圖、模型、多媒體進(jìn)行全面把控；
Comprehensively control the renderings, models and multimedia.
4. 能夠和結(jié)構(gòu)、水、暖、電氣專業(yè)進(jìn)行密切配合，完成建筑設(shè)計的從方案、擴(kuò)初（建筑專業(yè)部分）到施工圖（建筑專業(yè)部分）全過程，要對整個設(shè)計成果的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行把關(guān)，要在施工現(xiàn)場做好建筑部分的服務(wù)；
Closely cooperate with structure, water, heating, and electrical professional , to complete the architectural design of the program, from the early expansion (building professional part) to construction drawings (part of the whole
process of building professional), check the whole design achievement standards and quality, and play an important service role in the building at the construction site.
5. 負(fù)責(zé)和各方的溝通、聯(lián)系，協(xié)調(diào)解決好各方在技術(shù)上的矛盾。
Responsible for communicating, connecting, coordinating with all parties and solve all technology problems of all parties.
6. 公司安排的其他工作。
Other work assigned by the company.

任職要求Requirement：
1. 建筑學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；
Architecture and other related professional, bachelor degree or above
2. 具有建筑設(shè)計行業(yè)8年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
Possess more than 8 years work experience in architectural design industry.
3. 熟練的手繪美術(shù)功底，熟練操作CAD，3D，PS等相關(guān)繪圖軟件及辦公軟件；
Skilled hand-painted art skills, proficiency in CAD, 3D, PS and other related drawing software and office software.
4. 把握設(shè)計效果能力強，有很強的設(shè)計理念及獨到藝術(shù)見解；
Master design capability, possess very strong design concept and unique artistic views.
5. 有職業(yè)道德，高度責(zé)任心，思路清晰，有良好的溝通與組織協(xié)調(diào)能力；
Possess good occupation morality, high responsibility, clear thinking, well communication skill and coordination ability.
6. 較高的藝術(shù)氣質(zhì)和修養(yǎng)、較強的方案創(chuàng)意、方案講解、客戶說服能力；
Possess higher artistic temperament and accomplishment, strong creativity, well scheme ability and the ability to convince customers.
7. 英文聽說流利者優(yōu)先考慮。
Proficiency in English is preferable.
