    Founded in 1993, Beijing Epoch Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd. is a design enterprise of Class I approved by the State Ministry of Construction. The company’s business covers engineering design for industrial and residential buildings, indoor decoration design, consultation on real estate development projects, feasibility study, investment analysis and consultancy, completion settlement and final account of domestic and foreign construction projects.

    The company boasts a design team of over one hundred State-level certified professionals mainly as engineers, and has fulfilled the construction projects of tens of millions of square meters since its establishment.

Main masterpieces include: Feasibility Study and Investment Analysis of National Grand Theatre Engineering Project, Prophase Investment Analysis and Study of Ao’Zao Project, Investment Project Manager for Bangladesh International Conference Center, and so on.

    Shi Jian, is a First Architect, Senior Architect, and National First-Class Certified Architect. Main masterpieces include: Lar Valley III, The Riverside, Cappuccino Community, PINGOD Community, and so on.

    Geng Hui, is a Chief Architect, Senior Architect, and National First-Class Certified Architect. Main masterpieces include: Bangladesh International Conference Center, Tianheng International Business Mansion, PINGOD Community, and so on.
